Responsible Gaming

Decide the terms of play before you follow any link

Set the amount you are willing to spend before you start, and treat it as already spent rather than as money you expect to bring home. Deciding in advance removes the pressure to make an in-the-moment judgment call once a game is already underway. If you lose that amount, stop rather than chasing the loss with a bigger bet: chasing losses is how a fixed, planned amount turns into an unplanned one. Keep gambling money separate from money you have borrowed or need for anything else, so a bad session cannot reach into the rest of your finances. Take breaks during play instead of running sessions back to back, and if gambling stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling necessary, involve someone else early — a friend, a family member, or one of the organisations below — rather than waiting for the situation to resolve itself.

Know what this site can and cannot do

This site is a set of static pages. It has no login, no account and no server-side form, so it cannot switch on or enforce a deposit cap, a loss cap, a reality check, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Controls like these exist only inside an account at the destination you reach after following an operator link, and they are arranged and managed there, not here. This site does not verify anyone's age, and no gambling takes place on these pages; any age check happens at the destination once you leave. Every operator listing repeats the eighteen-and-over restriction, as does the front page, and each listing closes with the same reminder: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, since eligibility rules apply there and can change without notice.

Get in touch with an independent source of help

Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: gamblinghelpline.co.nz, gamblingtherapy.org and pgf.nz. These are the only outbound links on the site that are not commercial — unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them.

Understand where profiling stops

No advertising or behavioural profiling network runs on these pages, so nothing here is targeted at a reader who has shown signs of risky play. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site: each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that point its rules, checks and account controls apply — not anything published here.
